  1. One thing about you that few people know?

I’m a very shy person. Only a few people around me know that. I ‘m a jovial person so it’s hard for anybody to easily tell about my timidity.

  1. The first thing you think about when you wake up in the morning ?

The first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning is Food. I have a large appetite for food. So when I wake up in the morning, that’s like the major thing that comes to my head.

  1. Could you tell us about yourself ?

I’m from a family of four;  my mum, my two siblings and I. I’m the oldest of all my siblings. I was born in May 28th 1996. I’m a very hardworking young lady with so much focus and aspirations  to be a great woman whose face will appear in magazines, billboards, television. My favorite food is pounded yam and egusi  soup. I like to meet people, hangout, read motivational books, and eat good food. I like straightforward and honest people. I hate lies and deceit.

  1. Why did you decide to become a model ?

I have always had people tell me about how beautiful I look. For instance, Asiyami Gold Whom I regard as my elder sister sounds it in my ears every time, therefore, I feel like I have the perfect physique to commercialize any product I ‘m asked to. Moreso, I feel so much joy standing in front of the camera to take photos.

  1. How has the journey been so far ?

I give God all the glory, trust me it’s not been a bed of roses.  I’ve had so many challenges but it has never given me any reason to give up or let go of my dreams.

  1. How is the modeling world in Africa today ? [Any obvious difference to European market ?]

I would say that the modeling world in Africa today has grown so much. There a lot of African modeling agencies that have gone international. There’s a huge competition between modeling in the diaspora and in Africa. A lot of Africans have ventured into modeling because they realize how it connects people locally and internationally.

  1. Which standards would define a great model in Nigeria ?

The standards that define a great model in Nigeria, I really can’t say.

  1. Which advice would you give to anyone who wants to become a model ?

My advice to aspiring models is “believe in yourself. Let your confidence make you feel like you are the only one who can. Be open to corrections and determination and focus, consistency matters as well.

  1. Could you name your most exciting project to date ? Any upcoming projects ?

All the photo shoots have been exciting.  Not yet, but soon.

  1. Who is your role model ?

My role model is the only lady I regard as my elder sister; Asiyami Gold.

  1. What was the best advice she ever gave you ?

She has always given me good advice, but I think the one that has helped till date is the planning. Asiyami Gold tells me to always make a plan to Have a daily plan, weekly plan. Hence, planning as made me to do things right. It makes me organized.

  1. What would be your piece of advice to your 18-year-old self ?

My advice to myself is perseverance.  One of the things I think make people successful is the ability to be persistent.Life isn’t a bed of roses, there are difficulties, there are the good times and the bad times. It takes only God’s grace to keep pushing. At the point when things get tough, that’s when a lot of people give up, but you just believe that after every tunnel comes sunshine.

  1. How would you define beauty ?

Beauty to me isn’t just about the physical look of a person. That’s why in beauty pageants today, pple say that a crowned queen doesn’t deserve that position because she isn’t as beautiful as the others. The judges must have seen beyond beauty the attributes the queen possesses which others don’t to have crowned her.

  1. Your make-up must have as a model ?

My make up must have is lipgloss. I can’t stand my lips getting dry. Therefore every time, my lipgloss is always with me.

  1. Your dream clothing piece currently ?

My dream clothing piece currently should be the two pieces Gucci currently advertised by Vogue.
